I enjoyed the cute area and exceptionally nice and incredibly comfortable location to centre of Edinburgh. Went to Mercat Bar for drink or two, set relatively close to the hotel.

We would come back for sure, thanks a lot for a magnificent stay. It is the best base for a short stay. The breakfast is freshly cooked with variety of food. The staff are helpful and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Overall clean place, staff was attentive. I have stayed in king room with lovely views as well as great breakfast for 2 nights. The breakfast was enjoyable and served. The hotel was gorgeous, it had a quiet and ideal location right by the less touristy areas, the bars and restaurants and Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

The stay was absolutely AMAZING. If you plan to visit palace of holyroodhouse, don't pass this hotel up. The property was really close to Edinburgh Waverley train station. Morningside district was worth visiting.
